Effective immediately, academic departments that have commissioned the AI Virtual Assistant to address student study-related inquiries on their department website can now extend the Virtual Assistant to reach out to students via the PolyULife mobile app. Students, upon logging into the PolyULife mobile app, can click on the department Virtual Assistant link available under the Study Info page to inquire about study administration matters associated with their hosting department.
ITS will continue to collaborate with more academic departments to assist in the transition from rule-based to AI-based Virtual Assistants for addressing student study administration inquires.
