Dr Seunghoo CHUNG’s paper (Chung & Lount, 2024), titled "The Impact of the Good Cop/Bad Cop Role Strategy on Value Creation in Team-on-Team Negotiations", has been awarded the 2024 Conflict Management Division Best Empirical or Theoretical Paper Award at the 84th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM 2024).
This award is given to an outstanding paper that makes a significant empirical and/or theoretical contribution to the conflict management literature.
