Junghyun Mah is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Marketing at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She received her PhD in Strategic Management from Michigan State University, master’s degree in Strategic Management and International Business at Seoul National University, and bachelor’s degree in Global Economics from Sungkyunkwan (SKK) University. Her research largely draws upon social and psychological perspectives to examine top management’s strategic decisions and performance outcomes. Her work has been published in the Academy of Management Annals
