Dr Xiaolin Li is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Hong Kong Polytechnic Universityl, Department of Management and Marketing. She was previously an Assistant Professor of Marketing at London School of Economics and Political Science, and University of Texas at Dallas.

Dr Li received her PhD in Business Admininstration (in quantitative marketing) from Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Her research interests focus on salesforce incentives, marketing channels, digital marketing platforms. Her research utilises various modelling methods, including econometrics, machine learning, causal inference, and field experiments. Her papers have been published in top marketing journals including Marketing Science, Management Science, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer research, and International Journal of Research in Marketing.
