Education and Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Management, Sun Yat-Sen University

She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy degree under the supervision of Prof. Wu LIU and Prof. Man-Nok WONG. Her research interests lie in HR policy, newcomer socialization and and mentoring. Prior to her PhD study, Yan obtained a Bachelor of Management from Sun Yat-sen University and finished her Master of Management study at Xi’an Jiaotong University.
