Biography

An innovative and dedicated professional executive coach, with over 20 years of multi-national corporation leadership experience in North Asia, Terrance works with corporate clients on sustainable leadership development to effectively meet their business challenges, creating impactful business results.

By combining extensive research in areas such as management psychology and leadership development, together with an in-depth knowledge of how EQ and behavior choices are relevant to leadership style, Terrance’s coaching practice supports clients with both 1on1 and team engagement.

Terrance’s coaching style is “client-centric”, using various combinations of coaching interventions enabling clients to lead and collaborate effectively with their team members and stakeholders. His engaging and challenging approach allows for effective coaching and facilitation of team workshops to transform team dynamics and culture.

In addition to practicing the high standards of the ICF and WABC professional coaching competencies, Terrance takes an eclectic approach, drawing on a variety of coaching philosophies in order to cater for each unique situation faced by his clients.
