This engaging three-hour session brings together four experts from the Mental Health Research Centre (MHRC) to share cutting-edge advancements in healthy living and mental well-being. They’ll explore how technology—from brain imaging, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, to “smart” transformative tools—can tackle big challenges in daily living, mental resilience, and help manage people living with severe mental disabilities. From personalised wellness to brain health insights, the speakers will spark ideas with attendees, including scientists and practitioners from clinical and lab-based fields. Together, participants will uncover fresh opportunities, tackle roadblocks, and leave with practical ideas to apply tech innovations in their own work.
