In view of the economic adversities brought by the COVID-19 pandemic which has caused a severe hit to the employment market, the FAST Graduate Executive Programme 2020 is established to assist the Faculty’s fresh graduates to overcome challenges in this critical period. The positions of “Graduate Executive” are now open to application for fresh graduates of FAST bachelor degree programmes awarded in 2020 with details as follows:

Appointment Period: From September 2020 to February 2021 (6 months)
Remuneration: HK$10,680 monthly
Programme Structure: The Programme will include training workshops in the first week and on-the-job training to nurture talents and to facilitate the transition from studies to work environment. Supervisors will be assigned to provide coaching, performance feedback, support and guidance to the Graduate Executives throughout the Programme.
Quota: Around 30 appointees across all hosting departments
