Dr Kim earned her PhD from the Department of Fashion and Textiles at Seoul National University, South Korea. She specializes in consumer behavior within the fashion industry. Her research focuses on the intersection of retail technology, AI, and human-computer interaction. Specifically, she investigates how AI-enabled technologies influence consumer decision-making, enhance the customer journey, and optimize personalized experiences in fashion retail.
