Booking a Comprehensive Eye Examination

The PolyU Optometry Clinic Web Booking System (https://ocwb.polyu.edu.hk/) is for booking "Comprehensive Eye Examination" provided by

  1. a registered optometrist; or
  2. a student optometrist under supervision of a registered optometrist.

All other services (e.g. contact lens service, orthokeratology service, vision training, follow-up examination, etc.), cannot be booked using this platform.

Please prepare the following information and contact our Customer Service Officers:

  • Patient's name (Chinese and/or English)
  • Contact phone numbers
  • Age
  • Optometry Clinic record number (if any)
