  • It should contain ALL pages and include results of all the coursework and project(s) during the whole study period, a final GPA / score together with an explanation of the marking scheme / grading system which demonstrates the grading base (e.g. 100-mark system, 4-point scale). 

  • The back side of the transcript(s) should also be provided if it contains information on the grading system. 

  • If your final GPA / score or the explanation of the grading system is not shown on your final transcript, please upload a letter of certificate (with an official stamp) certifying your final GPA / score together with an explanation of the grading system issued by your institution. 

  • For current study, a latest transcript issued by the institution should be provided. 

• Degree Certificates of the Bachelor's / Master's degree

  • Applicants with academic qualifications from the Chinese Mainland must provide both the Degree Certificate (學位證書) and Graduation Certificate (畢業證書).

• Official Programme Document / A Letter of Certificate indicating that “Dissertation / Thesis” is an award requirement of the Master’s degree 
  • The programme document shall be issued by the Registrar or an authorised official of your institution with official chop or letterhead. 
  • The letter should include your name, date of birth and the title and signature of an authorised official with an official stamp of your institution. 

• Award Certificates

• English Language Test Score Report 

  • All English language test scores are considered valid for two years after the date of the test.
