Applicants are required to submit the copy of their Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma transcripts/ certificates during their online application.
Supplementary form is not required. Applicants will be invited via email to complete an online form with your application ID to declare your intended choices of Specialism in due course.
To assess the suitability of non-JUPAS candidates for the programme
Design specialisms: 15 - 30 minutes' interview; non-design specialisms: written test or 15 - 30 minutes' interview
(a) Suitable candidates for the Fashion Design/ Knitwear Design/Contour Fashion and Activewear specialisms will be invited to attend interview at PolyU or via MS Teams, so their suitability for the programme can be assessed. Those who are offered interviews are required to bring portfolio/ creative work of their work.
(b) Suitable candidates for the Fashion Business/ Fashion innovation and Technology specialisms may be invited to perform a written test or an interview at PolyU or via MS Teams.

- Final Year students of Associate Degree have to submit their examination result notifications and/or transcript up to Semester 1 of Year 2 when they apply for the programme.
- They have to submit the full transcript showing they are eligible to graduate and all subjects they have taken, including Semester 2 of Year 2 when the examination result of Semester 2 is finalised between June to August 2025.

Suitable applicants will be invited to interviews. No make-up interviews or earlier interviews will be arranged for applicants who fail to attend the scheduled interviews.
