The Bruker amaZon speed ESI-ion trap-ETD MS is capable of performing full MS and multi-stage MS/MS (MSn) scan using multiple forms of dissociation techniques (i.e., collision induced dissociation (CID) and electron transfer dissociation (ETD)). It is applicable in various qualitative applications, e.g., identification of proteins in complex samples, identification of post-translational modifications (PTMs), detailed structural elucidation of organic molecules, etc.
