His PhD dissertation, “Nanji Chongxu Miaodao Zhenjun: The Tianhuang zhidao taiqing yuce and Zhu Quan’s (1378–1448) Apotheosis as a Daoist God,” won the ICS Mok Hing Cheong Postgraduate Scholarship (2018–2019).
