Nearly 50 institutions from 18 Belt and Road countries have joined the sub-alliance as founding members. The inauguration ceremony was officiated by Prof. Will Chien, Associate Professor of RS, and Prof. Yi Lu, Head of FAH, along with representatives of the other sub-alliance members.
