JSTI Group provides engineering consultancy services in China and overseas countries.

I worked at the Traffic and Bridge Department and my responsibility was to transform 2D graphs into 3D models. It was not as simple as it seemed because even tiny details had to be included in 3D models. Luckily, my supervisor was very friendly and he taught me how to read an actual construction graph and introduced some useful programmes to me like SAP2000. I am also more familiar with AutoCAD and MicroStation now.

Since China is developing fast, there will be more construction projects like building infrastructure. Therefore, seeking job opportunities in the Mainland China will be a good choice.

Through this internship, I got the experience in working in China and I understood more about the cultural differences between China and Hong Kong. It helped me prepare for my future career.
