PolyU’s Graduate School (GS) was pleased to be invited to participate in the online Research Postgraduate Recruitment Admissions Talk 2022 hosted by the Shanghai-Hong Kong University Alliance (SHUA) on 8 October 2021.
Professor Jiannong Cao, Dean of GS, delivered a fruitful information session to facilitate the understanding of PolyU and the academic trajectory for prospective research students. We shed light on PolyU’s excellent research-teaching team, advanced research facilities, the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2021 (Top 100), our star faculties, admission figures and cultivated PhD vision.
We also included research support and service of PolyU in aspects of fellowship and scholarship, our Joint PhD Programmes (leading to Dual Awards) and Research Student Attachment Programme with top-tier partner list, tangible international exposure, knowledge transfer, entrepreneurship and employment support for graduates. Outstanding alumni achievements were also highlighted, followed by a detailed application know-how.
