@ HKPFS students require the RGC’s prior approval for change requests for their studies, with applications submitting at least 1.5 months before the effective date to the Graduate School via the Departmental/School Research Committee.
RPg students who apply for deferment of study shall make the necessary submission for fulfilling the requirements of the subjects registered on or before the application deadline or withdraw from the subjects before the examination period starts (except for the subjects that can be carried forward to the semester/term after the deferment). Otherwise a fail grade may be resulted.
