  • Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration, Washington University in St. Louis

 

I am an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. I obtained my PhD in Marketing from the Olin Business School, Washington University in St. Louis in 2017. 

My research focuses on the incentives of employees and consumers, and the design of incentive mechanism to improve firm performance and social welfare.
