Dr Jiang has worked in several universities including Hong Kong Baptist University, City University of Hong Kong and The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong etc.. She received her PhD from Syracuse University, Master of Science from University of

Nebraska-Lincoln USA, bachelor degree from Shan Dong University China.
