Dr Xinhao (Jamie) QIAO obtained his Ph.D. in Strategy from the Hong Kong University of Sciecne and Technology (HKUST). His research interests include corporate goverance, strategic leadership, non-market strategy and corporate social responsibility (CSR). His current research excplores (1) how shareholders affect board behaviors and firm strategies, and (2) how organizational structure (e.g., board structure, ownership structure, executive dynamism) affects firm strategic decisions.
