Yuanyuan has obtained her bachelor degree and master degree from Nanchang University. Under the supervision of Prof. Wai Ting Eric NGAI and Prof. Chong WU, she is currently pursuing her PhD degree in the Joint Program Leading to Dual Awards provided by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Harbin Institute of Technology. Her research interests include management information systems and e-commerce, and fake news on the Internet.
