Senior Year & Articulation Degree Programme
Students are required to take the 3-hour online module (Mirroring the 3-hour face-to-face lecture) and spend 7 hours of self-study on National Education. 60 lecture notes covering the following content will be distributed to the students.
- The Modern Chinese History and the Restoration of Hong Kong to the People’s Republic of China in 1997
- The Constitution
- The Hong Kong Basic Law
- The Hong Kong National Security Law
- Students are required to pass an assessment that allows for multiple attempts. They have to take a test with 20 multiple-choice questions and must attain a minimum score of 16/20 to get a passing grade. This online module is embedded in the mandatory non-credit bearing subject “Essential Components of General Education” which should be completed within the first year of study (Semesters One and Two). Students should take the 3-hour online module on Blackboard.
- Exchange students are not required to take the e-learning module.
