Congratulations to 30 members of the PolyU community who have been honoured with awards or appointed Justices of the Peace by the HKSAR Government, acknowledging their remarkable contributions and vital role in Hong Kong’s growth.

 

Among the honoured are PolyU’s President Emeritus Professor Timothy W. Tong; President Professor Jin-Guang Teng; and Professor Chan Ching-chuen, Distinguished Chair Professor of Electric Vehicles and Smart Energy and Director of the Research Centre for Electric Vehicles. Their exceptional achievements in respective fields have earned them the Silver, Bronze, and Gold Bauhinia Stars respectively.

 

Other members of the PolyU community, including Foundation members, alumni and supporters, were also honoured for their significant contributions to Hong Kong.
