Admission
Around October and November every year, students will receive an email from Academic Registry. Students can follow the guide of the email to submit the application.
Eligibility
Students with GPA 2.5 or above can apply for the Korean Minor.
Number of credits
18 credits should be fulfilled to claim the Korean minor award. At least 3 subjects should be level 3 or above.
Compulsory subjects
CBS2632 Introductory Korean II, and CBS3634 Intermediate Korean I are the compulsory subjects. The compulsory subjects can be substituted with elective subjects by passing the placement test.
Placement test
A placement test is offered for students who already have knowledge on Korean. For details, please contact Dr. Sim (sinae.sim@polyu.edu.hk).
