ZHAO Zhen
Vestel, a world-renowned technology giant, is a multi-industry manufacturer operating in electronics, household appliances, mobile technologies, and LED lighting. Zhen admires the general manager, Mr. Ulas Ozcan, who is also his mentor in the “INSPIRE” Mentoring Programme. Over the course of several meetings with Mr. Ozcan, he learned from him how to achieve his goals and constantly empower himself. CHENG Ching Man
As an intern in the Advisory Department, Ching Man's primary responsibility is to deliver performance evaluations of the use of government financial funds. She needs to follow up on projects together with her colleagues. For example, she follows up on a greening project for an area in Shenzhen. She and other interns visit the relevant government departments referred to in financial documents. The objective is to see whether the actual use of the annual financial funds is appropriate and whether it fits the financial planning at the beginning of the financial year. The final task of every project is to make a performance evaluation report to a relevant government department based on the inspection she and other interns have done and the indicator system.
