Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) - Practical Flying Techniques 無人機專業航拍操作課程

Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) aerial recording is currently regulated irrespective of a hobby or a commercial aerial recording, becoming a statutory civil aviation practice under SUAO (Cap. 448G). However, current drone aerial work practice must at all times comply with the safety standards of civil aviation practice in the process of the low-altitude economy drone operation. This program will help students to learn the relevant statutory aeronautical knowledge and safe technical operational procedures of the unmanned aircrafts according to the said Cap. 448G.
An Electronic Certificate of APC (Assessment of Professional Competency) issued by Data Oasis Limited (DOL) and UAS Limited (UASL), a CAD-Approved SUA Training Organisation (ATO) and Advanced Operation Permission (AOP) Drone Commercial Operator respectively, will be provided after passing the BAK (Basic Aeronautical Knowledge) and RTA (Recreational Flight Task Assessment). BAK and RTA are in form of 14 practical multiple choice questions and specified technical flight task assessment. Passing this course leads to the registration as the Category A2 Remote Pilot of Civil Aviation Department and allows the offering of A2 Remote Pilot Membership of Hong Kong UAS Flying Club Association (HKUFC).
無人機航拍現在列為受管制的用途， 無論是個人喜好或者是商業航拍， 都受第《448G章小型無人機令》的民用航空執業的法律存和法定的要求管制。現時無人機低空經濟工作是必須符合在使用無人機的過程之中的安全標準。本課程是能夠讓學員學習第448G 章下的法定無人機航空知識及使用無人機的安全技術操作程序。學員通過了「基本航空知識測試」(BAK) 和自娛飛行任務評估(RTA) 之後, 學員會獲發一張由DOL和UASL的專業能力評核試電子證書。 「基本航空知識測試」(BAK) 和自娛飛行任務評估(RTA) 包括14條無人機操作的選擇題和指定的飛行技術水平評估。 Data Oasis Limited 是一間由香港民航處簽發合符無人機飛行訓練的持牌機構。另外UAS Limited 是香港民航處簽發符合無人機商業服務規格牌照的無人機航空公司。獲得專業能力評核試電子證書之後, 學員可以在民航處網頁註冊成為甲二類遙距操作員的資格, 以及可成為香港無人機飛行俱樂部甲二類遙距操作員的資歷。

協助學員掌握操作航拍的技巧，使其未來有機會應用在電影製作、樓宇測量、環境保護及城市規劃測量、物業和外牆狀況勘察、地理資訊、無人機物流及保安執法行動等方面，成為低空經濟產業職業技能和幫助生涯規劃。

為初學學員提供基本的民航和航空飛行理論知識和技術。
- To convey the knowledge in the process and steps of producing the aerial survey imaging and photogrammetry, as well as lead the way to become a licensed UAS Remote Pilot.
學員可透過使用無人機作影像及編輯技術，從而掌握攝影測量學基本知識。這項技術可有助同學日後成為無人機航拍遙距操作員。

Mr Wong worked as Executive Director and Legal Counsel of a private jet /helicopter Sino-Foreign commercial services in Chengdu during 2011-2015. Through the approach of international safe airplane operation & management, he will deliver civil aviation and aeronautical knowledge and knowhow on how to operate UAS safely. Mr. Wong is now the Executive Director of the first UAS Civil Aviation firm and an UAS Licensing Ground School filed with the Civil Aviation Department of Hong Kong. He is also a famous low-altitude economy development expert.

黃先生曾經受聘於一間私人飛機及直升機中外合作航空公司為執行董事和航空法務總監, 在成都累積了五年有闗航空操作和遵守商業服務航空安全的經驗。他會按照大飛機國際操作和管理的模式去教授學員有關民航和航空知識和技巧，使他們認識正確操作無人機的方法。黃先生現時是香港首間已向香港民航處註冊的無人機航空公司和飛行訓練發牌中心的董事長。他也是著名的香港低空經濟發展專家。
