Dr Alexander C McCormick, Director of National Survey of Student Engagement at Indiana University Bloomington, was invited to give a keynote speech at PolyU on 15 March 2016 on the topic "Defining, Measuring, and Improving Quality in Undergraduate Education" which has addressed a lot of important issues about how we can use outcomes assessment data for improving the quality of our education.
