The final assessment of the GBA Startup Postdoc Programme @Hong Kong/Shenzhen 2023 was completed in May. Over 35 doctoral students and graduates from around the world presented their research-based business proposals to a panel of experienced judges, competing for the Startup Postdoctoral Fellowship.

The Programme was organised by PolyU with the aims to promote research-based entrepreneurship and nurture recent PhD graduates from around the world who have a strong passion and vision to commercialise their research outcomes through startup ventures.

By utilising the resources and network of PolyU and its partners in the Greater Bay Area, the Programme offers a competitive remuneration package, dual mentorship by both academia and industry professionals, entrepreneurship training, and the option to work in either Shenzhen or Hong Kong.
