In October, there are four workshops for students to join:

  1. Learned Optimism: Constructive Thought Pattern
  2. Stop Procrastination
  3. Mental Health First Aid Training 
  4. Moving from Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) to Joy of Missing Out (JOMO)

The registration starts on 19 September 2024 and ends three working days prior to the commencement of the workshop.
