Research Overview
My research is mainly engaged in the discovery of fundamental principles and relationships in food science and bioprocess engineering, the exploration of innovative, effective and sustainable processing techniques for food and medicinal products, and the development of bioprocess technology for efficient production of valuable metabolites with nutraceutical and therapeutic effects such as bioactive polysaccharides of edible and medicinal fungi.
