Description
Esco Streamline® Class II Biological Safety Cabinets (SC2) provide optimum performance which is continuously monitored and controlled by the user-friendly Sentinel™ Gold control system, giving the user, a safe and reliable working environment. The SC2-S series has a single-piece, spill-retaining worktray and a stainless steel sidewall with coved corners for cleanability. It is open-fronted which protects the laboratory workers and the environment from harmful biological agents. It also prevents biological materials (i.e cell cultures, microbiological stocks) inside it from being contaminated.

Applications
It is ONLY used for cell/tissue culture works for non-infectious mammalian cells or tissues. Viral transfection, virus, bacteria, yeast and fungi-related culture works are strictly prohibited. Non-culturing work is NOT allowed to use the cabinet. DO NOT use the cabinet if it is only used for decontamination of contaminated culture/medium/apparatus with UV lamp.
