Description
The freeze dryer is equipped with the following major components:
- One floor stand type freeze dryer main body,
- Control module: built-in micro-processor control with LCD touch screen for parameter setup and data display,
- One rotary vane vacuum pump
- 8 pcs of flask fitted
- Transparent drying chamber is safe and easy to observe
- 304 stainless steel of condenser, table-top racks & shelves to ensure corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, shelves height adjustable
Specification
Freeze dryer main body:
1.1. Floor stand type with 4 casters and locks are provided
1.2. Cold trap and condensation chamber: 1.3. Condenser temperature: at least -55oC or lower.
1.4. Ice condensation capacity: at least 4 kg/24 hours or faster.
1.5. Sample load capacity: at least 1.2 L
1.6. Ultimate vacuum (empty): at least 5 Pa or better
1.7. Cold trap size: at least 5 L with diameter 215 mm
1.8. Cold Type: air-cooled
1.9. SS304 stainless steel.
1.10. Drain valve for defrosted water must be equipped.
1.11. Refrigerant: CFC-free and HCFC-free must be required.
1.12. Refrigerant gauge to indicate compressor pressure must be provided
Sample chamber:
2.1. Transparent acrylic chamber
2.2. Dry chamber size: diameter at least 260 mm and height at least 465 mm or larger. 2.3. O-ring(s) supporting seal for the acrylic chamber must be equipped.
2.4. Vacuum release valve must be equipped.
2.5. Sample temperature probe must be equipped.
2.6. 8 channels for handling flasks or wide mouth bottles must be provided
Sample shelves and trays:
3.1. Size diameter 200 mm
3.2. Shelf space height: at least 70 mm height
3.3. Total shelf area: at least 0.12 m2
3.4. SS304 stainless steel
3.5. Shelves x 4 pieces mini.
3.6. Trays: 4 pieces
Applications
Applicable for freeze-drying test of raw products like food, fruit, herbal medicine samples and suitable for small amount of production
