PolyU International Summer School 2025

Applications are now open for this much anticipated programme, taking place from July to August this year. Undergraduate students from around the world can experience PolyU’s quality education through credit-bearing courses, exciting local tours, and enrichment activities.

This year introduces two distinct new sessions, offering students greater flexibility in planning their summer studies. The five-week credit-bearing courses cover intellectually stimulating subjects in Chinese culture, design and innovation, and business and entrepreneurship. Excitingly, for the first time, the PolyU School of Design will offer a course on ergonomics.

Participants will be paired with PolyU students through the Buddy Programme, fostering intercultural communication and friendships for an unforgettable summer experience!

PolyU Summer Institute 2025

High school students from diverse cultural backgrounds are invited to experience life at PolyU through the Summer Institute. The programme features a five-day, four-night residential camp in student halls. This year, the camp incorporates elements of artificial intelligence and entrepreneurship, with mini-lectures and a five-day credit-bearing course designed to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset and innovative strategies.

Students will participate in a variety of activities, including attachment programmes hosted by PolyU’s faculties and schools, and visits to local organisations, providing insights into PolyU’s academic programmes and career prospects.
