Jingfeng Yin is an Assistant Professor of the Department of Management and Marketing at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He earned his PhD in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago, focusing on organizational behavior and human resource management. His research encompasses three main areas: 1) the impact of organizational tactics and newcomer adjustment on newcomer individual performance; 2) the influence of workplace relationships (e.g., leader-member exchange and team conflicts) on team performance; and 3) the effects of strategic leadership on organizational performance. His work has been published in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Psychological Bulletin, and Personnel Psychology.
