* The Hall Administration of Student Halls will send student check-in procedures in August 2022. In order to avoid congestion of crowds at hall counter, student will be required to reserve the session of their expected check-in date and time in an online form, on a first-come, first-served basis. Please watch out for the email. Students should make their own accommodation arrangements for the period before the scheduled check-in date.
The Hall Reception operates from 8:30am to 11:00pm daily. Students are advised to come for check-in procedures before 10pm. Late check-in after 11:00pm will generally not be considered. Students should email the Hall Administration and attach their inbound travel ticket at least 3 working days prior to arrival in Hong Kong in order to obtain approval.
