4. Residential Period:
Normally students can check in one week before the commencement of the exchange programme, and check out by the end of exchange programme.
Early withdrawal from any accommodation provided by the University shall be subject to an administrative charge. The administrative charge can be waived when a student fulfil one of the conditions stated in Section K Clause 3 of "Regulations Governing Hall Residence".

Students interested in University-managed Accommodations should read and agree to comply with the Regulations Governing Hall Residence and activate their PolyU net account first. Then submit the on-line application between 3 and 10 Dec 2024.
