If you want to change to another Hall or room type (i.e. double room or triple room) assigned to you earlier, you may submit a request through our on-line facility that will be available during the period announced on web. Please note that:
- This is an one-off exercise. Your request will be entertained only when corresponding vacancy exists. Requests that cannot be entertained in this exercise will not be further preserved and the result could not be revoked.
- You may request to Change Hall or Change Room Type, or both;
- If you request to Change Hall and Room Type at the same time, Hall will be the determinant factor. For example:
- if a vacancy of your desired hall arise but it is of an undesired room type, you will still be assigned to this vacancy;
- if a vacancy of your desired room type arise but it is in an undesired hall, you will not be assigned to this vacancy.
The Hall Administration reserves the right to make final decision in any case of dispute.
