On 15 March 2019, a group of LMS students visited the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) and joined a seminar on The Three-runway System (3RS) presented by Mr Sean Cheong, Principal Manager, Civil Engineering, Projects of HKIA. Mr Cheong explained the master plan and management structure of 3RS, and covered key aspects such as environmental conservation and safety, etc.
The seminar was followed by a tour at the HKIA Airside. Students had a chance to have a tour at the Sky Deck for an overview of the 3RS project.
