With the introduction of a new model of student organisation management and support, the PolyU Hosting Units of affiliated student organisations will offer professional guidance, training and opportunities for the enrichment of campus life and holistic student development.

Important Notes on Running Orientation Activities

All current students participating in Orientation activities—including but not limited to O-Day, O-Night, and O-Camp—as organisers, helpers, or group leaders must complete the following steps. Full compliance is essential to ensure our student participantsare well-prepared and informed of their roles and responsibilities

1)            Complete the online undertaking form

2)            Provide your digital certificate of completion of the Mandatory Online Training Module on Preventing Sexual Harassment on Campus

3)            Attend the face-to-face Mandatory Training - Building a Harassment-free Campus (trainer from the Equal Opportunity Commission)
