Introduction |

James Dai is currently Professor in the Department of Applied Physics.
James received his PhD from
the Chinese Academy of Sciences and is a material scientist. His research
covers the fields, from smart materials to electronic engineering, especially
in biomedical ultrasound transducer fabrication and ferroelectric materials and
devices. He has received the President's Award for Outstanding Achievement - Research
and Scholarly Activities, and the 1st class Award of Guangdong Province Natural
Science. Being an active researcher and teacher in his own research interests, he
also serves as a committee member of the Chinese Dielectric Physics Society and
Chair (elect) of Asian Ferroelectric Society. |
