Inclusive Employer Network

Aiming at advancing workplace inclusiveness hand in hand with the industries in Hong Kong, PolyU has established the Inclusive Employer Network (IEN) for industry leaders and professionals to showcase their best inclusive workplace practices through workshops, sharing sessions, and webinars, thereby further enhancing their capacity for recruiting PolyU students/graduates with disabilities by collective wisdom.

An Inclusive Employer Award is presented to IEN members who provide continued support for PolyU students/graduates with special needs and strive for a more inclusive workplace. Members who proactively encourage their business partners to prioritise the employment of those students are also eligible for the Award.
