"INSPIRE" Mentorship Programme

  • PolyU students of any disciplines
  • Both PolyU undergraduate and postgraduate students
  • Highly proactive and committed with a strong desire to learn from a mentor

Commitments
  • Attend the Mentee Briefing Session
  • Initiate and attend at least three face-to-face meetings and/or e-mentoring activities with your mentor
  • Remain regular contact with your mentor through various forms of communication
  • Complete three compulsory online feedback forms
  • Attend exclusive mentee activities organised by the Student Affairs Office (SAO), including the Annual Gathering

    Benefits

  • Join events and activities exclusive for mentees. Previous offerings include professional portrait photo-shooting, company or site visits organised by mentors and career development workshops.
  • Gain networking opportunities with outstanding alumni and/or industry experts through activities such as the “OPAA Master Class 2024/25 Speaker Forum” organised by the Outstanding PolyU Alumni Association (OPAA) and other theme talks.

Matching with Mentors

  • Matching will be based on the quality of individual applications, preferences and availability of mentors and mentees.

Matching Result Announcement

  • Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email from SAO.
