The Wellness Recharge Week will be held on 28 Oct - 1 Nov 2024.
Under the theme of “Recharge”, a series of events will help you to refresh both physically and mentally during the Mid-term period. The details are as follows:

PolyU WellFit is a mobile APP which helps you stay healthy by watching fitness videos and participating in activities to accumulate FitCoins via your mobile phone.
