Amigos Meet-up 2023/24

The first Amigos Meet-up was successfully held last Friday (22 Sep). We were honored to have Prof. Ben Young (Vice President (Student and Global Affairs)), Prof. Albert Chan (Dean of Students), and Dr Stephen Chan (Consultant, Service-Learning and Leadership Office) to kick off the meet-up. Over 180 students enjoyed the evening together.

Prof. Young encouraged students to get out of their comfort zone during their university life at his welcoming speech. Dr. Chan, our guest speaker, shared his invaluable insights and life journey with our students.

After the ceremony, a series of exciting ice-breaking games brought everyone closer and helped students get to know each other better. The meet-up was filled with laughter and excitement as freshmen and senior students came together to forge meaningful connections.
