Philharmonic Orchestra - Season Opening Concert: Odyssey
The Student Affairs Office (SAO) Philharmonic Orchestra proudly presented the "Odyssey" Season Opening Concert at the PolyU Jockey Club Auditorium on 3 December 2023. This iconic concert delivered a symphonic extravaganza, enchanting the 400 attendees and immersing them in an unforgettable musical odyssey.
The programme showcased superb array of well-known Japanese hits, including "天氣之子," "你的名字 <君の名は。> symphonia suite," "鬼滅の刃『炎』," "The Legend of Zelda: 25th Anniversary," and "Undertale: Megalovania." These music highlights deeply resonated with the audience, who were captivated by the orchestra's masterful performances.
The atmosphere at the concert was fascinating. Right from the start, everyone was enthralled by the enchanting melodies. Cheers and applause echoed throughout the auditorium as the orchestra flawlessly brought these mesmerizing tunes to life.
