To enrol, students have to complete the online registration via the PolyU Online Student Services (POSS) and pay an enrolment fee of HK$50 per course. For some courses, there are additional non-refundable charges for the materials provided.

Each student can enrol in a maximum of seven EXCELL courses in each semester. If there are more applicants than the number of places offered, the places will be allocated by drawing lots.

Online Registration for EXCELL Programme (Semester 1, 2024/25)

The application for Semester 1, 2024/25 of the EXCELL programme will open during 2 September (00.00) to 8 September 2024 (23.59) [1st round] and 16 September (00.00) to 18 September 2024 (23.59) [2nd round]. If you do not receive a place for a course during the first round of application, you can reapply in the 2nd round. Please check out the relevant information and the respective vacancies at POSS system for registration at the time!
