The HSBC Scholars Day was held on 21 July 2022 at the HSBC Main Building in Central. Dr Eric Tam, Associate Dean of Students, attended the event together with eight of the PolyU scholars to celebrate their achievements.
HSBC has been supporting tertiary students in Hong Kong through scholarships since 1965. There are a total of six flagship scholarship schemes offered to students from local universities/tertiary institutions in recognising their outstanding academic performance, dedication to serving the community and demonstrated talents, as well as supporting them to study abroad, take up overseas/mainland attachments, and pursue careers in the Greater Bay Area.
This year, a total of 26 students received the HSBC Scholarships. They are:
