Aims & Characteristics

At PolyU, innovation and technology drive an academic environment fostering national pride, social responsibility, and a global mindset. Our Broad Discipline Scheme offers you the time and flexibility to explore various fields, helping you make informed decisions about your preferred programme.

This BBA (Hons) Broad Discipline Scheme is a new admission pathway to be hosted and operated at the Faculty level alongside our existing BBA Majors hosted by our three Departments. It provides students with foundational knowledge through a one-year broad-based curriculum that covers core business functions.

This Faculty-level BBA (Hons) Broad Discipline Scheme gives students the maximum possible flexibility to map out their individual study paths that suit their interests, aspirations and learning needs. Students take a range of subjects in the first year of study before choosing the most appropriate BBA Major across our three Departments.
