Biography

Dr. Li earned her Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Logistics and Maritime Studies from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, following her M.A. in Transport Policy and Planning from The University of Hong Kong.

 

Dr. Li’s research interests include Transportation Economics and Policy, Big Data Analysis, Smart Port Development, and Maritime Clusters. Her work has been published in leading international journals, including Transportation Research Part A, Transport Policy, Ocean and Coastal Management, and Computers and Electrical Engineering. She has participated in many high-impact research projects funded by prestigious institutions, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the General Research Fund (GRF) of the Hong Kong Research Grants Council, and the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province. She has also worked on projects commissioned by the Marine Department of Hong Kong.
